Personal Trainer Bio

 

Iain Suddens-Spiers is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and C.H.E.K Institute Swiss Ball Trainer  . I am available for training 5/6 days a week. My background is in Finance having worked in London for Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch for over 10 years after graduating from University.
 
After years of training in the gym and using the services of a personal trainer I understand the true benifit of utilising the skills and knowledge of a Personal trainer to get the very best out of yourself while keeping you motivate to acheive your goals. Moving to Hong Kong gave me a new opportunity to do sometihng I am really interested in. To take time out to study and lean how I can help all age groups to get fit, improve body safe and inhance self asteem.
 
It is my goal to train you, to get you to acheive your dreams while making exercise fun and fulfiling.

Swiss Ball Training
 
For many years the Swiss ball was used primarily for therapy. During the last decade,the balls have been bought into the fitness industry. The Balls are now widely used for functional and high performance training.
 
 
 
Benefits of Swiss Ball Training
 
Improves posture
 
Swiss Ball training is an excellent form of postural training. Exercises on the swiss ball require the use of postural muscle not needed with machine training. Improvinh postual muscle is essential to maintaining good posture whihc carry over to daily function.

Swiss ball training improves the function of the stabilizer muscle. forcing you to exercise in an unstable environment improved performance increaes power / strength and assists patient undergoing rehailition.
